Ksheera Dhara is the procedure in which milk boiled along with medicinal herbs is poured continuously over the forehead (shirodhara) and body(sarvangadhara). It is a treatment widely used to alleviate stress related disorders and skin & hair related disorders. It is available in all the institutions which provide seasonal ayurveda treatments and AYURKARMA project hospitals under NAM.
